| I would suggest that you keep an email list (as a group email list) of those who place an order with you next time. Then its easy to periodically bulk mail everyone purchsing these to keep them updated. The lack of updates and not returning emails was what really lost you a lot of good will on the issue. People will forgive a lot of mistakes if they are getting good customer service as opposed to crucifying you for it when the service is shocking. On the topic of the dials being too thick, I used very very thin tape. Its not possible to get thinner. Mine still stuck. I would look at trying to make the dials thinner or possibly just recommend not using any form of tape/glue at all. They seem to fit snugly enough in the mounting holes not to need it. I would post a very clear warning on the install instructions to get them fitted by an experienced technician, to save yourself from possible problems with people wanting you to pay for the damage to their speedo's. Yes its possible to mount them without removing the needles but your at quite a high risk of damaging them at the same time anyway. Just some suggestions for the next run.
